Introduction to Shinrin Yoku (guided nature therapy)
Most people in the western world are now familiar with the many health benefits of practising the ancient Chinese arts of Tai Chi and Qigong.
You may not be familiar with Shinrin Yoku which is a Japanese Ecotherapy practise also based on the idea that we are all connected to, and impacted by, nature.
