Classes

The really nice thing about Tai Chi and Qigong is that you can begin anytime regardless of your age or level of fitness and the movements can be adapted to match your current capabilities.

Tai Chi

We provide instruction in both traditional and contemporary styles and forms as well as a number of combined forms and weaponry.

Qigong

We teach many Qigong forms approved by the Chinese Health Qigong Association, the only official governing body for Qigong in China.
