The really nice thing about Tai Chi and Qigong is that you can begin anytime regardless of your age or level of fitness and the movements can be adapted to match your current capabilities.
What you will discover is that attending Tai Chi and Qigong classes will improve your flexibility and increase your fitness levels, most often without you even realising.

You are welcome to join a class
at any time during a term
however, to maintain effective social distancing and compliance with health directives, class spaces
are strictly limited.
You must register prior
to attending any class.
What to Wear
Wear loose comfortable clothing to ensure freedom of movement and flat soled footwear for balance and stability.
